In 2018, VODEC Africa launched the Idea Challenge, a transformative initiative aimed at empowering young entrepreneurs across Ghana.
This program has successfully nurtured innovative business ideas, exemplified by the success of a young entrepreneur from the Northern Region who established a Kente weaving company.
As we look ahead to 2025, we are excited to continue this journey of empowerment, creativity, and cultural pride through the next edition of the Idea Challenge.
Objective
The primary objective of the Idea Challenge 2025 is to discover, support, and fund innovative business ideas from young entrepreneurs in Ghana.
We aim to provide essential funding and technical support to selected participants, fostering entrepreneurship that contributes to economic growth and cultural preservation.
