Requirements
- In-person 9 am to 5 pm program, 12 weeks duration, exclusively for women living in the Greater Kumasi or in the Greater Accra area
- Be 18-35 years old
- A degree from a university, college, vocational institute technical training, including certifications from Cisco (Cisco Certification, Cisco Networking Academy Badge, or Course Certificate of Completion)
- Have the legal right to work and live in Ghana
- Available full-time for the duration of the programme (9 am to 5 pm)

Technical skills
We’ll help you learn the technical skills with lots of hands-on, intensive training. By the end, you’ll understand:
- Digital marketing strategy
- Content creation, Canva, and WordPress
- Email marketing and Mailchimp
- Search engine optimisation (SEO)
- Search engine marketing (SEM)
- Social media, Facebook, and Instagram
Employability skills
- Development of a digital marketing campaign
- Interview Workshop
- Preparation of CV and LinkedIn profile
